This is a bit crazy really. Did they have a photofit of the OP's face pinned on the wall with "If you see this man tell him we need that Xbox back" written underneath?
The whole thing sounds very dodgy - even if the OP does decide to take the Xbox back (which I wouldn't personally) then a complaint to head office would likely result in heads rolling anyway for the initial mistake and the unprofessional way it was handled.0 -

The members of staff involved will be disciplined whether or not you return it, as they have made a mistake regardless.
Me personally I'd keep it, like it's been mentioned, if they sold you an inferior bundle they wouldn't be chasing you to give you the better bundle would they?0 -
