I will not be using them again........they can burn in hell i will not be recommending them to anyone.
Mine arrived today. I ordered them for my Mums birthday ...... they are just awful! Two were completely dead and covered in fungus 90% of the rest had no leaves left and the remaining 1 had wilted.
Would you be kind enough to forward the phone number to me please so that I too can ask for a refund?/
TIA
Dx
Ahh just found the phone number. Will have to ring on Monday now.0 -
Mine arrived towards the end of May & I potted them on to let them grow a bit. Last week I planted them in the containers and noticed that the roots on a couple of them hadn't grown at all. Now 2 of them have died & another 1 is looking a bit sick but the others seem quite healthy so I'm keeping my fingers crossed!
Sorry some of you have had such bad luck with your orders. Hope everyone else's are doing ok0 -
Mine arrived in reasonable health. Better than expected (doctor!) having read all the comments! Will plant them up in good compost tomorrow and see how we go. My gut feel is that 80% of them will do well. Even the 'sick' ones should pick up a little, I hope.“When the customer comes first, the customer will last”0

Oops, another 2 have died. That's 4 altogether - the leaves just dropped off and all I've got left is bare stems
Not to worry, that still leaves 8 (fingers crossed!)0 -
Mine arrived back in May, potted them on and kept them indoors for a while.
Planted in garden a few weeks ago when they'd grown on a bit.
Doing well at the momentand with all the rain we've had lately i've not even had to water them
Some are bigger than others but i put that down to the fact that they are different types :rolleyes:Errrr...come back later0 -
Can I ask how everyone is getting on with these? Only 3 out of the 12 have survived for me. And of those 3, only 1 is flowering (lots of flowers) & the other 2 are just growing green leaves!
I am thinking of asking for a refund since they provided a guarantee.0 -
Quite a few of mine died too........ We should all claim a refund if we can? How do we go about it?...0

Got a response today:
Dear Roses,
Thank you for your recent e-mail. I was sorry to learn that your
Fuchsias were not in good condition.
I have arranged to replace them for you, the new plants are due to be despatched in April 2008.0 -
4 of my plants are pretty good but not wonderful and 1 is just about on its last legs! The rest went ages ago.0
