Ours also arrived today, anyone know if all the plants are ok to put in baskets? or will it be only a certain few?
This is all they say from the site:
Hardy Perennial
Bred in California theses Fuchsias will delight you with their large double flowers all summer long.
Fuchsia Black Prince is truly impressive. Stunning pink buds open to reveal the deepest of purple - almost black frills. Ideal for pots and baskets.
Pack contains:
2 × Cecile
2 × Quasar
2 × Snowburner
2 × Circus Spangler
4 × Black Prince
I'm going to put some of mine in baskets and a couple in pots. Im sure they will be ok. Just dont let them dry. Im going to use water crystals in mine also, just in case.
As they are Hardy perrenials I might even transfer them to the garden once they have done blooming this year. Somewhere protected and sheltered from any frost (if i can find anywhere) Then, fingers crossed they will pop up again next year.If you want to get ahead in the Rat Race then you will need some faster Rats !! :rolleyes:0 -
Try using bits of torn sponge instead of water crystals if you want to save money! I planted three hanging baskets and 3 weeks ago and put bits of sponge in with the compost. They're all outside in the sun and I only water them every other day.0

Got mine this morning. When I took them out of the container, about half of them seem to have lost their leaves (they fell off!)! Is that normal & will they grow back?0

I ordered these Fuchsias for my father in law after reading this. He loves gardening and is always pottering about outside and has some really beautiful plants and flowers. I am happy to say they have arrived and were packaged really well. Fuchsias are apparently some of his favourite flowers and he made me some lovely hanging baskets to say thanks. So a big thanks for posting this message. £4.52 is a cheap price to pay to see my father in law so pleased and me happy as well with my beautiful hanging baskets.
Cheers:T0 -
