Sky 50% off HD upgrade codes (December)

Anyone had trouble accessing this offer?

I was lucky enough to get one of the codes from the MSE website this morning, however following through the links I got a page not found error. I contacted Sky, who gave me a new offer link, but following this through didn't give me 50% off. Talking with their representative again, they offered me 50% for 6 months, then reverting to full price!

Has anyone managed to bag the real deal?

Just ordered HD upgrade but missed out as I didn't look for any offers, damn.

I managed to get one of the 50% off Sky TV discount codes, and tried to also get one
for the Sky+HD upgrade as well ... it said I already had one for this ... but I haven't.

So I've got a code for regular standard definition Sky TV, but there's not much point
bothering with it if I can't get the HD offer. Unless of course I get my aging 11 year
old CRT TV out of mothballs and use that instead of my LCD Full HD1080 TV ... !

I wonder how many people, having successfully got an offer code, breeze through the upgrade process without noticing what price they will be billed.

So the discount code can't be used by existing Sky plus customers only new ones ?
