Vodafone ineptitude rant
The whole nine yards!!
I upgraded my mobile to the new i phone 5 -simples! passed my old i phone 4 to my father and requested this phone to be unlocked as he is on 02. quoted the phone IMEI number and waited the obligatory 48Hrs. Recieved e mail to say phone is now unlocked, wrong!! Phoned and requested again, waited 48hrs once more - new e mail, tried to sync phone again, no joy. At this point noticed that the IMEI number that they "unlocked" is my new i phone 5 not the old 4(completely different IMEI) have since had a further 2 attemps to unlock this phone to no avail as yet, apparently they keep getting the IMEI number wrong even with me crosschecking that they have it correct.
You could not make this up, now on my 5th attempt, and if this does not work I am going to explode!!!:mad::mad::mad:
