I did two identical shops so the APGs were the same amount but I think I've printed one twice and not printed the other but I can't be sure. I know if I'd used both in A the till could tell if it had already been used but I used 1 in A and 1 in T. Someone said that they send coupons to a central place to be checked and I'm worried they'll be traced to me as I used my CC. Please tell me I'm worrying over nothing.

your apgs would have the transaction number on them. Have you looked at that? also, the SA will mark your receipt when you have used your vouchers. HTH

Also, the SA will check the receipt against the voucher to make sure the transaction number matches.

That does make sense but most of my apg's are wombles or wombled sada fivers used only in tosco.
