Had a day off today so went Xmas shopping, thanks to MSE I got a £120 bike, COD II, Angry Birds for X box, Mario Kart 7 for 3DS, a frozen turkey for Xmas day, 4 packs of pants all for 19p!! A combination of APGS and doubled up CC points from wombles have paid for most of my 3 boys pressies
Best part is as I went through SS at Mr T's to pay for the 4p pants I wombled a £5 note from the change compartment. Came home today richer than when I left. So huge thanks to everyone who posts and contributes for making my boys Xmas xxxxxxxxx

cheap andoid handsets might be another option?
Hi, thanks for this-the details say '4000mAh Camera : 0.3mp Front facing'-is this going to be too weak to skype clearly? 0.3mp doesn't sound good to me???If her laptop is dying then will she still have the internet? Seems expensive to pay for the internet just to Skype.
I'm sure you could find calls to Italy for 1p per minute,
Apparently, they have to re-load the software for everything and skype takes too long to load each time, so they do have a certain amount of internet time, just not enough to re-load it all the time. I already have very cheap calls to her, but miss seeing her 1 year old DD, and would love to get her something that means we can skype again.x0 -

It's not often I get to have a day trip to Te5cos, but was lucky enough to sample their delights today.
Had placed an order online for click-collect last night for a few copies of Hitman for the PS3. I was a little worried as they went through at £36, but they were meant to be reduced to £16, so took a screen shot in case the price hadn't changed by time I got there.
Never used a click-collect grocery order before, so went into the store, but was told it was round the corner. Before I left, thought it would be rude if I did not have a little look at their fantastic array of goods.
And what fantastic goods they were, especially the 2 Disney Blu-rays I bought, shame they still had B1G1F stickers on, so the lovely lady on customer services gave me DTD on my overcharge (woohoo, 2 free Blu-rays!) I hasten to add, that she was not even prompted, but instead explained why I was getting such a large refund.
I then totter out and drive round to the C&C point. Was told off for walking in, and the nice gent insisted I drive in, for 'elth & safety'.
I drive in, he fetches my goods, and I inform him that the total should have been £100, not the £120 I had on my invoice/bill. He seemed a bit lost so went back to check with someone else. When he eventually surfaced, he suggested I go to customer services. So I did.
I drive back round, park up, and go in-store to see my new favourite employee of this wonderful emporium. I relaid my thoughts to her of how I must be having 'one of those days', and proceeded to informer her of my second over-charge. I showed her my screen shot, and like the previous gentleman, she was at a loss. After chatting to another nice lady, she was informed to give me a refund of the over-charge. She then proceeds to give me another DTD discount. How jolly nice of her.
All in all a lovely outing was had by all, and the service was second to none..............Is there anything on the TV yet???“Quis custodiet ipsos custodes?”
