Just read this thread and I claim Housing benefit Child tax credits and carers allowance since May this year. I phoned HB and they told me that they had already been informed about my CA they then sent a breakdown of our income which they do everytime our CTC renewal.
Reading this thread though I've realised that I haven't informed CTC. I haven't spoken to them since the renewal back in April 2012 I always do it over the telephone. When I used the entitled.com it said that I was entitled to exactly what I get but in a panic now as I haven't actually informed CTC.0
