i also opted to request a return,i had a return confirmation email,so i returned them, then the next day had a return request rejected email!
cost me £2.40 to return 2nd class so even if they do refund my £10 ill be £2.40 out of pocket, now wishing i should have kept the stuff and palmed it of as xmas gifts.0 -
I certainly wouldn't have paid full price for what I received but I'm happy enough with the contents of the two lucky bags I received. £20 was reasonable value. It's a shame so many have been disappointed and terrible that the company won't take a return on a damaged item! xx0

You cant expect a nice new Pandora to come through the post can you!
Maybe you should read the thread so you know what you're talking about before you go shooting your mouth off.
I received mine after about two days - very pleased with it. Blue purse with parrot charm, similar to some of the others that have been received, a green gemstone necklace on an antique bronze effect chain, and a pair of silver hoop earrings with little crystal stars hanging from them. Very pleased - purse was packaged in a dust bag with the jewellery inside in tiny little clear plastic press top bags. Also got a Christmas card thanking me for shopping with them which I thought was a nice touch. Am seriously considering buying the £20 lucky dip bag now. Thanks, OP! :beer:0 -
As with many previous posts, I was pleased with the coin purse, but the jewellery contained within it was very disappointing - I have seen better quality in pound shops! None of the items I received are currently on the retailer's website.0

Hi all,
I bought a normal and a deluxe lucky dip bag, in the hopes of being able to give them away as Christmas presents.
The contents were nice enough, I wouldn't rave over them, but they weren't damaged as some people reported, and I'd wear the ear-rings at least.
I was wondering whether any of the people who said they'd returned things had gotten their money back?
I decided when I saw the items that they wouldn't work as presents, so I requested to send them back, and received automatic rejection emails.
At this point I sent them an email saying that I had the right to cancel my order, as it was within the 7 days, under the Distance Regulations. They don't make any exception for ear-rings, and they don't say that the seller needs to be able to sell the merchandise on again, so if they were worried about ear-rings, they should have put them in sealed bags.
Anyway, I've written a couple of messages since then and never received any answers, which I'm very annoyed about, their customer service is atrocious! I don't generally have time to ring them during the day, and I prefer having the written trail.
It's not a load of money, and I could wear some of the jewellery, but the deluxe bag they sent me really smells for some reason, and it just really gets my goat up that they completely ignore the legitimate requests of their customers! I'd have been happy to return the bag on its own and keep the ear-rings if they were fussed.
Does anybody know if there's a further way to complain? Are they any more helpful if I can get them on the phone?
Thanks0
