I received my lucky bag today and looks like I'm the only one disappointed with what i got The necklace and earrings are really tacky and cheap looking, nothing like as nice as the jewellery shown on the website ( I did check if they were in the sale section which they are not). I can see how the original total of my lucky bag would have been anywhere near £50.

Never mind hey, win some lose some - that's the punt with ordering a surprise lucky bag.

My experiences with lucky bags(or not so lucky in my case) have never been great.
I still recall my Avon one, i think they must have been storing toot for years and thought "oh give it to her, she won't mind":(

Well i did mind and it promptly went back! :rotfl:

I'm a bit disappointed too, the coin purse is nice but in a peach colour which is not that great. Earrings and necklace both look quite cheap to be honest and no way worth the £50 they reckon. I can't see my earrings or necklace on the website anywhere.

Shame, but that's the risk you take. It was nicely packaged.

Received my order today and am very pleased with what I got. The purses are £10 themselves on the website and so I think I got a good deal. They are going to be lovely Christmas presents!

I got mine today - purse is quite nice and necklace ok, but the earrings are faulty. One of them is chipped and I wouldn't want to give them to anyone. I also bought one of the Nails Inc sets with a ring and that's lovely.

I think the quality of these varies. I received my second order today and whilst the first was delivered with the purse in a dust bag, and the earrings and necklace in a separate dust bag, with the whole lot in a white packed bag, the second came in a single dust bag with the necklace and earrings stuffed in the purse. To be honest the second purse I received was a bit childish - I'll be putting it in my six year olds stocking, but I guess that is chance you take. The necklace and earrings were nice though, even is not as nicely presented.

haha no it won't be but when he's been left to his own resources I end up with some really random things...one year I had a pile of books from the 3 for £5 range in the works and they were historical fiction by authors I'd never heard of.....

since then I've had to start making suggestions

I also got newsletter and opted in for their £10 lucky dip - arrived this morning and it's really pretty. Have now noticed they're doing a £20 dip worth £100 - dont think i can resist think Im going to have to treat myself to this one:)!!

Didn't like mine

The purse was ok but the earrings and necklace were cheap and tacky. I would price them at no more than £1 and that's being generous.

Mine arrived today and were really cheap and almost plastic not metal, very tacky. Necklace is all tangled up but earrings have small piece broken off. I am waiting to see if they will accept a return due to damage because they do state no refund or exchange on pierced earrings due to hygiene reasons.
