Currently on Three, need a Micro Sim for Nexus 4. How can i get one for free?

Got a Nexus 4 coming for delivery soon for my fiancee Christmas present.

However she currently has an older phone that takes a normal SIM.

When i needed a micro sim for my SIII i went to a Three shop and they charged me (i think) a £10.

Anyway of getting a free Micro Sim from Three?

I dont intend on giving her the phone until Christmas Day, so is it possible to get an adapter for the new Micro Sim so it fits in her current phone too?

    Cut the existing SIM down to size.

    You can do that on Xmas day, so no need for an adaptor to tide you over.

    You can buy Sim Cutters and Adapters on Ebay for a few quid if your confident enough...

    When I mentioned in my local Three store that I had cut my sim down to micro size they said they could have done it for me using one of the cutters pictured above??

    When my dad got his Nokia Lumia, I just phoned 3 up for him and they sent one out for free. It came 2 days later and even included the adapter if he wanted to put it back into a phone with a normal sized sim in it. I'm puzzled as to why they charged you, but your best bet is to just ring up.
