and (hug) to poorly hair. I guess you just want to focus on getting better and being able to eat well - I've found that scalp-stimulating stuff has made the most difference to getting mine to grow faster, but I'm not sure that would help if your body needs more resources to do the growing IYSWIM.

Thanks Rosa ... I've now got a bald bit in the middle / top  (thankfully I can hide it) but .... - hopefully it'll settle down soon - I've got my next infusion in a couple of weeks (not sure if that will make any difference or not!)Grocery Challenge £211/£455 (01/01-31/03)

So ... payday on Monday ... earlier than usual as we got paid early in December - actually really hate it as it means it's nearly 5 weeks until Feb pay day too!
Need to do better in Feb as I seem to have spent a small fortune this month  - just little bits here & there but it all adds up .... think it's partly down to having been in the house so long and needing to get bits ......
Will work on a budget and MUST stick to it!
Groceries not looking tooooooo bad - spent a lot at the start of the month but it seems to have settled down over the past week of so *wipes brow in relief*:o
I still ahve loads of stuff in the freezers - updated the freezer inventory this week - so shouldn't need a lot apart from fresh stuff in Feb.
Also .... a lot of it is Diet C ....:( consumption def up since the cigs went *sigh*Grocery Challenge £211/£455 (01/01-31/03)

Hi Rising,
Just caught up with your diary hun and I'm glad yur first day back went well.
Superb over to 100 cig free days too
Hope you've not got too much snow your end? x0 -
OMG grrrrrrr just typed a big reply to purple and lost it
Grrrrrr ohhhh can't remember what I'd said ..... thanks certainly (and there are still days when I'd literally kill to have a cig but .... will be strong and I've lasted this long so it really is just totally habit as there's nothing left in my system now)
The snow's mostly gone (in the garden etc) but still loads on the hills - the main roads are OK although some of the smaller ones are still a bit iffy ..... fingers crossed that's the worst of it over!
The garden's not looking too goodI already had a huge mud strip round the edge from the wet earlier in the year and there's now mud everywhere - I've really noticed a difference as when Maisie comes in, it's not just wet paw prints on the towel - it's muddy paw prints *sigh* don't know if it's past saving or not ....
Hope things are good with you Purple (must catch up on your diary:o)Grocery Challenge £211/£455 (01/01-31/03)

Hi hun,
I'm ok thanks, except that I keep going AWOL lol, blooming life getting in the way again.
Glad the snow appears to be going at your end, it's slowly thawing here but I've heard that we're getting some more this end...I really hope not though. x0 -
Lol Purple sometimes wish the RL me could take a break from RL and become totally virtual:)
So ..... not a lot to report - totally exhausted (and a couple of people said I looked really tired today:() - Maisie's had to make do with a quick run around the park BUT we did meet a few people so she's had a pretty good run around with other dogs *phew*
Aiming for a very relaxing evening - will be heading for a soak in the bath shortly
Ohhh - popped to Al*di on the way home .... oh boy, have I missed that place!:o
It's bloomin' cold out there so might just go & take the bins out now so I don't end up having to do it in my PJs :rotfl:Grocery Challenge £211/£455 (01/01-31/03)
