Hello all
I am so sorry I've not been on for ages .... honestly, I don't know where the time's going to - it's a bit like Ground*hog day atm
:o
I have managed to get myself into a bit of a routine and am just about coping with life / work / animals BUT I'm afraid I'm pretty shattered and I haven't been online at all! Not at all like me!
I've been sleeping / resting most of the time when not at work and usually get to Sunday pm and just about start to feel human again when it's time to go back to work!
I've been moved to work on a project until June time & it's great to be learning something new & do something a bit different .... but exhausting at the same time - I am enjoying it however and sure it's been beneficial, if difficult.
Do you know that it's 6 months since I was admitted to hospital  - honestly I can't believe how the time has gone by.... I do remember being told it would take at least a year :eek: to get over things but I really didn't believe that at the time .... I'm starting to tho':o
Money side of things ...... trying ..... failing ..... hey ho ..... plodding on!
Will try to catch up more over the weekend.....as always, thanks for all your lovely kind thoughts :TxxGrocery Challenge £211/£455 (01/01-31/03)

The weeks are flying by and when you are tired you loose track off time. Glad to hear from you. They say sleep is the best medicine so keep on snoozing, dont overdo it at work. :)x:j Debtfree and and staying that way.:j3-6 month emergency fund, No.61 £140.000

Right ... so I really must pull my finger out and try to post on here more often - it really does keep the mind focussed on the finances (I've just really not had the energy
)
Going to take a break (I have been but longer IYKWIM) from challenges - missing NSD etc but needs must I think - I need to streamline things and try to focus on the few things I can do, rather than overloading myself and then doing absolutely nothing:o
So a quick update .... pots -
new fuel pot going well and it's been fab when the c/card bill arrives each month having the money aside :j
cats / dog are both about bankrupt atm  and wee cat is having her booster next week:eek::eek: BUT I have managed to get a load of all their stuff on offer so have enough to last hopefully 3 months so time to rebuild their accounts then.
house and car mmmmm kind of OK - currently using this to prop up my main account (= less OD = less charges) which is working well (I am keeping track of how much I'm using but a lot of annual things (house insurance, tel line advance payment etc) due in May so that'll put an end to this
OD not actually really making much progress into this- but I haven't been watching grocery / incidential shopping (have been buying locally = more expensive as haven't been able to get to town) so have been overspending - need to rein this in.
Really need to have an "eat out the freezer" month - it's jammed (as usual:p) and loads of stuff in there to be used up - it's so full, I can't batch cook / freeze any LO which is really frustrating!
Also decided to throw out the stuff I can't eat (currently taking up around 1/2 outside freezer) as it looks like my restricted diet will be going on for a long time yet:(
Anyway .... lovely & sunny so must put the WM to work!:)Grocery Challenge £211/£455 (01/01-31/03)

Know what you mean about the freezer, I've not bought any freezer stuff for about three weeks now and it's still full to bursting so going to make a conscious effect and eat from there this week. Don't take too much on at the mo, just concentrate on one or two things for now, the other stuff will still be there waiting for you
.x
