I'm going to the Philippines over Christmas and I need to buy some Pesos.
Does anyone know the best place to buy them. Should I get them before I go or over there?

Over there, unless you like wasting money. And not at the airport, but in a proper Forex bureau. Or just withdraw currency from an ATM.
If you have a stopover in the Gulf you may find Pesos on sale at a good rate in the airport there.0
