Sorry Soolin, I shouldn't laugh, I know, but it is at least a wry laugh, because I knew exactly what you mean.

How many times do we do that? We know full well in our heads that we are making the wrong decision trusting these companies but still go ahead and do it anyway.

I won't bore you (too much) with my own foray into the world of collect+ but my 'favourite' bit was when it was turned away at the destination shop because no-one of that name worked there - aargh!

Fingers crossed you manage to get your stuff sorted out soon.

Thank you all, it is still 'somewhere' but unfortunately not with my buyer and emails to the address on their web site return the answer that it is still within the delivery estimates (really!)

I will try twitter though , thanks for the suggestion RFW

I think this must be a local issue though as my two most local shops have both stopped acting as agents for Collect Plus due to 'issues' which seems quite strange.
