I will NEVER use them again - regardless of their prices.

Their service is awful. I ordered calendars last OCTOBER for Christmas gifts and they arrived mid JANUARY. Was near impossible getting them to answer an email - they just sent automated responses saying they were extremely busy and that goods will be posted in time for Christmas (ha!).

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID! :mad:

Used photobox this year and they have been great!

ive been using vistaprint for about 6 months now and the only problem ive had was a broken item, i emailed them and a replacement asrrived a few days later.
i would 100 % recommend them

I'm what I would describe as a demanding customer, but always received good service from them. Exactly what I ordered, well within the stated delivery time.

You're buying a personalised product, they need the guarantee you're actually going to pay. I thought that would be obvious, however.

Some have agreed with my comments about Vistaprint, most did not and I have no problem with that.

What I do have a problem with is this .... poster who makes sarcastic remarks, calls me names, searches out posts by me on a.n.other threads to make even more sarcastic remarks and then has the audacity to report ME for abuse.

I shall leave you guys and gals to make up your own mind who has broken forum rules. :A

Erm anyway...

I've used Vistaprint a few times for my business and never had problem with them, good quality and very good value, especially if you choose the slowest delivery.

Money is taken out at point of order but that is to be expected, not sure why that was considered "sharp practice".
