unlocking phones
Hi,
I recently bought a vodafone ready to go vk530 in england but i want it to work in ireland on my irish vodafone sim card so need a way of unlocking.
Have been searching web and am now really confused by ways of doing this using codes or cables does anyone know whats best and is there any of these that will work for my phone all the free sites that were listed before don't recognise this phone. I don't mind paying a small fee but don't want to have to post it away.
Any help would be much appreciated
confused phone user.

Think you can only do it via unlocking boxes. Found here £2 + £5 return post via high feedback member: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=3312&item=6382872048
Another good seller:
£4.99

You will have to do a full unlock incluidng the hidden menus, just a standard unlock won't do.
I used this site, and was very happy with the service (got them back in 1 day!)
1 phone was £10, 2 phones £15

These phones were made for the 3 network and were programmed to search for a 3G network before falling back on 2G. Therefore just a normal SIM unlock would not guarantee a proper function of the phone... see my previous post.
