Thank you so much for this, went for the luxury refresher. I've never ordered a hamper before you persuaded me :j

i debated and debated about getting one of these, but found it really hard to justify the price to what is in the hampers. Its going to be a tightish one this year, so this is a luxury I cant really afford, but thanks to the OP for the post!

I agree, I cannot justify the price and can make one cheaper myself, plus if I made it myself I would like everything that comes in it! lol! :rotfl:

True. Last year I bought one of the M&S ones when they were on offer, I did love almost everything in that one and I think if that was to come up again, I would have it.
Married the absolute love of my life on Sunday May 6th and I couldnt be happier!!!

Still holding out for a bargain hamper like I got from M&S last year. These are not that attractive compared to the prices that might be around in a week or so.

Because i am sad and i do things like this (plus its now quiet at work) I totted up the prices of the Refresher hamper.
It comes to roughly £47, so nowhere near the initial asking price of £80 but not too bad at £40.

I paid £30 (with the extra 25% off) so i am happy with that.

I was holding out too but the 25% off has gone from them. Im guessing we can cancel if not dispatched and a glitch comes along. I always get inlaws a hamper and was happy at the price to save me panicing if a better deal doesnt come along.

I had the marks one Last week in my basket with the double glitch but went back to investigate more and then it rectified itself.

Thanks, I got the 3 box one for 22.50. Had lots of lovely bits for my Christmas eve party. It may not be the best value but it all sounded yummy so I'm happy

Hubby bought me the COOK hamper  last year (one guess who ordered it and sourced all the codes ) I was thrilled to bits with it (I got him to check it out when it came and the put it away for Christmas).

I looked at the 25% off ones last week, ummed and ahhed then said no, I don't really need one and unless they are a cracking price then I won't succumb (I think this money saving site actually costs us money as we get swept up into the BARGAIN BARGAIN, BARGAIN must haves (must we?:naughty:) instead of Martins
    Do we want it?
    Do we need it?
    Can we afford it?

I have actually made two of my own hampers up as gift this year, filling them with luxuries and homemade chocolates, using shrink wrap to seal them and I have to say they look as good as profession ones, cost a fraction of the price and are full of things I know the receiver's will love (even found a new looking hamper with hinged lid i& straps in a charity shop the other day for £4, bought some more shrink wrap and that will do for another hamper next year).
Everything has its beauty but not everyone sees it.

I completely agree, the other week even with the double discount at m&s i wanted a code to bring it down ever more.

Im not good at making and sourcing things, so the waitrose price will do for me....i would still like a m&s glitch one though really cheap....they taste the best!
  • Thanks Claire21 just ordered, was beginning to feel left out of the hamper frenzy!
