How many people do I have to ask to complain......

.....About the !!!!py state of our entire streets phone lines

Basically I've been chatting with several people in the street who are all having similar problems to my own with their broadband connections. They're with various ISPs, but the problem is down to the poor quality lines as provided by BT rather than the individual providers

I'm thinking of the entire street to complain at once, just wondered if anyone else had achieved anything by doing anything similar??

You/they need to complain to your line rental providers-not your ISP's.
You can't complain to BT OR, as they do not deal with the retail side.
The ISP's do not 'supply' the lines, unless you also happen to take your line rental from them.
In a situation like this, a complaint to your local councillor might be worthwhile.
