The challenge can be whatever we need it to be. For me it's shifting things that should be done that take time, effort, concentration etc.

When we attacked our credit cards, apart from martins snowballing advice, we also reduced the limits of each of them as the debt reduced. So overall available credit became smaller.

    Welcome aboard :j

Great stuff optimistic :) I'll be price comparing home insurance in 2013 :j

ISA transfer form finally arrived. But I'm struggling to find a statement for the old one! Damn. It! Also need the paperwork to close the dusty savings account. So I'm sending an SOS to both of these, where the hell are you?! :)

This is exactly why I need to consolidate things :A

Does anyone know of any good budget templates, either on mse or elsewhere?

I have a basic spreadsheet (which is probably enough) but just wondered if there is anything, that may help prompt things I've forgotten to account for and maybe somehow capture the yearly expenses of things like MOT, car tax etc.
