I'm waiting for a Virgin mobile superhub to arrive today, delivery time is between 0700-2100hrs
Bit of a window eh?
What I am trying to find out, is what is the practical delivery window, I can't see them coming out as early as 0700 (which has long passed) but can't see them coming as late as 2100hrs either, there is no tracking number on my online account.
I can't phone them on a none geographic number, hence asking here

Comes Yodel round me, the guy comes around the same time each day no matter who he's delivering for - around 1-2:300

Even if you did phone them, they woudn't be able to tell you-it depends on the driver's route, load factor, traffic, etc.No free lunch, and no free laptop

I did call them Monday (from work) the 'arrogant' CS rep, said there was nothing on the system and that they could order it for me, I told her it was already ordered and that a previous colleague had sight of the order, the Rep changed her tune then but said the tracking number would not be available until yesterday, work loads hindered me from obtaining that, however if they let me down today, I will cancel my contract at the end of the 4 months.
You would have imagined they could have emailed me the tracking number.
PS apparently reciept of the superhub signs you up for a further 12 months :eek:0 -
But a tracking number will not tell you an arrival time, it'll just say 'out for local delivery', and the time it left the depot.
Some couriers will specify an AM or PM collection/delivery slot, and that's about it. You are asking for the impossible. No free lunch, and no free laptop

Hello Mr Impatient:p
This time of year we have had parcels turn up as late as 9pm, depends on how many deliveries the driver has on today.0 -
before the modem change ping=50ms download 14.25mb/s upload 1.13mb/s after modem change and set up
ping 10ms download = 32.95 upload = 1.96mb/s0 -
theres something fundamentally wrong with those superhubs over time - its like they eat themselves.0

Are you on a 40/2 plan? 2meg upload is pish for a fibre/cable service.0
