Blackberry curve 9320

Trying to set up a new phone, after switching it on it goes to the blackberry user agreement, it then freezes, it won't except my agreement, it take me back to the white screen of the wording.I have done the battery reload jobby taken the sim out etc.
I've been in contact with t mobile but they are as usual useless .
All they say is go into one of their shops, not a problem for some but my nearest is 25 miles away.
Can anyone help before I chuck it out of the window
