My mother started to reclaim her bank charges, unfortunately she passed away a year later.
Can I re-open her claim and request the reclaimed bank charges are
Paid to her estate?
Where can I find a sample letter for ths type of situation / claim?

The executor of the estate has the authority to act and proceeds would go to the estate.Where can I find a sample letter for ths type of situation / claim?
You wont. You do realise that the banks won the court case and reclaiming of charges has been over ever since bar a few areas which wont apply here?I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
