MyHermes -Damage Compensation Policy Non-Existent

You were very lucky to get compensation. Hermes are adamant that they will no pay out for any type of electrical goods damage, which if you think about it is probably the majority of most goods contents.
If you keep on at parcel2go - they tend to back down. In my case they agreed to pay via credit for future parcels.
Not perfect, by any means - but better than losing out completely.0
