    Even if they missed it, its up to the op to inform them that he is indeed bankrupt.

  • Another point worth mentioning after reading thro my bankruptcy paperwork. It states that i cannot obtain credit of more than £500 without firstly obtaining permission from the official receiver

    But you do have to make the creditor aware first that you are still bankrupt...?
