When I moved from Freeserve (Orange) to Sky I was without broadband for 2 months.
This was due to an equipent failure in the exchange andSky being unable to get OpenReach to sort it out. I would point out that this was 5 years ago and their systems are now much improved.
    Your speed won't change.
That gum you like is coming back in style.

Very cheap router supplied and you can't use your own as it is against the T's and C's. You can but you will get no technical support. I did not like it and switched to Tesco broadband and now pay £24.75 all inclusive of calls, line rental and unlimited broadband.

:p Regular savers earn 6% interest (HSBC, First Direct, M&S) :p Loans cost 2.9% per year (Nationwide) = FREE money. :p

My pages load quicker on Samba who use 3 than Sky with a minimum 12MB connection. Says it all.

You may not be able to switch direct from a TT LLU line to a Sky LLU line. And there's no point in signing up for Sky Connect (non-LLU).
Is your exchange LLU'd for Sky?
No free lunch, and no free laptop ;)
  • had sky broadband for a few years after sacking bt.

now got their fibre optic broadband

    was on 1.5mbps
    now on 20mbps

customer services are ok, but prices for the whole package is fine too.

    no technical complaints
