  • I didn't get the phonecall I was promised.
    Despite laying it on thick in my email, the only response I got was an email a couple of days later - to all intents, a fob off. No real apology, no offer of a few points to keep me sweet. Today's Mums Choice email mentions it as a footnote.
    Pretty shoddy all round really. Dented my opinion of them as both a customer and shareholder.

    I got a response from them.

    I emailed them to inform them of their shoddy Customer Service & communication. Asking them how they thought they could add & remove all these points to my clubcard & hoping i wouldn't notice or say anything.

    The following day i recieved a phone call from them. Apologising for the problem with the Mum's Choice Clubcard Points. I was told that there had been a mix up with the points & that it was being sorted.
    I then explained that i had been with Mum's Choice for a couple of years & had completed surveys & trials. That i had never recieved any points for doing so. I was informed that this is what they are sorting now & that the points will be reinstated to my Clubcard account.
    Knowing how crafty they can be, i asked if this would be a revised amount or the same amount that was removed.
    I was informed that it would be for the same amount.

    My points haven't been put back on yet. But i'll keep on at them until they do.

  • I fired off another email to Clubcard today, after reading everyones posts on here. I was a bit annoyed to find that everyone is being told a different story.

    I had a phone call from them within the hour.
    The latest i have been told is.....there was a glitch in the system & this is what caused all the points to be sent to peoples accounts.
    I asked why i had been told that all of the points would be reinstated to my clubcard. When others were being told that they were getting nothing & the email from Mum's Choice also made it clear it was all a big mistake & we were entitled to nothing.
    The gentleman kindly informed me that....everyone who was given points & has had them removed, are getting some points. It might be more, less or the same amount.
    He told me that, they're was a competition & at the moment, only Mum's Choice has a list of the winners. As soon as this is passed over to Clubcard they will issue the points. This should all be done in the next 1 - 2 weeks.
    Well.....We'll see.... fingers crossed eh.

    I have just fired off an email to them stating how poor I think they have handled this whole business, first adding them and removing them, then blatently lying to people on the phone.

    They are now saying you get 50 points per survey so I am entitled t0 250 points...............yet my dashboard says I have completed 8 surveys.

    I have also questioned why we bother completing polls and reviews for them if we will get nothing for it.

    ................i watch this space for others replies............
