Firstly you dont have to ring up the 0845 number .. here,s the local number 02088965000 this is the number for carphonewarehouse switchboard once connected ask them to transfer you to e2save cs ..
secondly about ur cashback just ring up the above number and just ask for customer services not e2save but the cpw's CS and ask them where is my cash back ..
hope it helps0 -

I've had the same problem and just got my "automatic cashback" two months overdue and many phonecalls later including the 01509 number who couldn't help. Was promised faithully that the cheque was in the system 6 weeks ago and only by following TREVORCOLMAN'S advice on another thread did I get my money.

giving all your details and threaten legal action: my cheque appeared within a week with no reference to my problems. Can't link to original thread but its entitled e2save problem(merged threads).“I look like Spiderman at a funeral”~ Karl Pilkington0 -
i had a similar problem with onestopphoneshop but finally got the 'auto-chequeback' after writing and advising that i would be taking action against them if this didn't arrive within 14 days.Moneysaving is costing me a fortune!0
