You know it's funny, but getting "free" money like interest on savings or a £10 A-voucher from surveys, or £5 from H/fax reward account etc, pleases me far more than getting my salary does.

Haven't worked that out, really but it makes such a psychological difference to me keeping going on this quest to be Mortgage Free.

    Maybe I'm weird?

    Don't answer that! :rotfl:

    Hi all,

Number 29 signing in with a measley OP of £7.53 - not a huge amount I admit, but I just wanted to get off of the starting blocks.

Some great OP's to date though!

    Thanks!

Maybe you are........ but at least you're not alone :rotfl:
A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort
    :) Mortgage Balance = £0 :)

    March OP of approx £8600.
Just waiting to hear exactly what my mortgage balance is.
I love bugging them every month with the same question. They really should change their system to allow online mortgage accounts!

Hi guys, may need to amend our OP target for the year as we got a phonecall last night telling hubby not to go into work today, now he's been told that he has to go in tomorrow to meet with the administrators who will 'answer any questions he has' think this is code for 'take your store keys off you and send you right back home again' oh well, he's been made redundant before and we coped so guess we'll do it again. Just when i thought we were getting somewhere:(
  • :( Oh Dear Ecoelle, I am sorry to hear your news. Hope things get better for you soon. :(
