  • Oh dear - I'm not even slipping as I haven't made any overpayments yet this year, and am unlikely to do so until July. I'm still on maternity leave, and because my daughters not well, have delayed going back to work for a bit longer.

So impressed by how everyone's doing already this year!

Hi Elantan no2 here ... Just to add a further £300 to the money paid for march, taking my total to £500 for this month, My interest amounts are different for each part of the mortgage so I will be concentrating on the higher rate of interest but once I have paid my max £500 a month to that one I plan in paying as much as I can on the other one

Today I made the overpayment for March, which was £636. It should have been £683, but I miscalculated. I'll have to keep the £47 difference for next month as the minimum overpayment allowed is £500.
