108 on the list reporting in with a £1000 payment for feb.
I actually have two mortgages so I made a over payment to each this month.
I would like to think I could do this regularly but it's very unlikely.
Playing with mortgage overpayment calculators gave me a little push so I stretched myselfLiving the dream and retired in Cyprus :j

First ever OP made of £300. Aiming for 11 months at 300 p/m so that's the first one done and dusted. Well done everybody, you're inspirational!:heartsmil Stay-at-home-mummy of two, pinching the pennies but loving it! :heartsmil

Made another last OP in Jan so total for jan is £815
Do not think I will be able to do any next month as I have a new job :j which means I have to work a month in hand when at the moment I get paid weekly. So I will have about 6 weeks without any payand then I may only get 2 weeks pay as I start mid Feb. Will be a tricky few weeks but at least I have the extra money I normally OP to fall back on.

OP calculators- my favourite hobby! Also enjoy rightmove looking at detached houses cos once this mortgage is beaten we can think about moving away from our noisy neighbours
I lurk on Rightmove too but I want a little place that has been completely done as in the tv makeover type programmes so I can sell buy a smaller cheaper place and have no mortgage ever again!!! And no DIY lolLiving the dream and retired in Cyprus :j
