Cheapest card to use abroad (pay as less fees as possible)

I hope this is the right forum to ask this question. I would like to know if there is any card which I can use abroad. For example, a card that for every £100 if used in the USA would give me $160 with no fees (based on today's exchange rate more or less).... Is there any card that can serve for this purposes with AS LESS…
