Cheapest card to use abroad (pay as less fees as possible)

I hope this is the right forum to ask this question.
I would like to know if there is any card which I can use abroad.

For example, a card that for every £100 if used in the USA would give me $160 with no fees (based on today's exchange rate more or less)....

Is there any card that can serve for this purposes with AS LESS fees as possible? Any advice would be appreciated.....

If this is the wrong forum to ask this question please let me know.

Metro bank debit card if you want a debit card is the free of all fees.
Halifax Clarity if you want a credit card, you will be charged interest but no fees.

You can include the N&P Gold current account and the Metro Bank credit card to that list.
N&P having the only VISA card.

Can you not just spend directly from the card, rather than withdrawing cash to spend ?

I was just reading an article on monevator site that says the aqua card also has 0 exchange commission, and gives 3% cashback on purchases abroad. But it does tend to give low credit limit. And the high interest rate means you wouldn't want to withdraw cash using it.

    You pay interest right away?
What if I pay into the credit-card same day, there won't be any interest?

Nah, I need some cash with me to buy things you can only buy with cash (in grocery stores etc), here abroad it's not like the UK where you can pay with card for everything

You run a risk (maybe a small one) of putting the card into credit and getting it suspended if the timing goes wrong

You can minimise the interest by paying it off 2 or 3 days later.
