The insurers will have a complaints process. Start it now by writing a recorded delivery letter.
In 8 weeks time you can then write directly to the Financial Ombudsman.

But you need to answer all the questions listed in the posts above, particularly regarding payment and evidence.

If you want your car back you'll need to buy another policy ASAP. Every day it's in storage will cost you more. Even if you decide not to recover it at all, you are still liable for the storage costs.
