That is not about Mr Helpful. I used Helpful as an example of how when Kenshaz gets a bee in his bonnet he harasses that person constistently. He did it to me earlier in the year, questioning my principles because I have the word mortgage in my name and admitted I'd had a small amout of business from this site. He will not do that to me or anyone else again. He thinks he has right to police the forum which he does not and he does not bring any value to any threads only disruption.

Believe me JoeK, if I saw him deliberately goading anyone, including yourself I would respond in the same fashion. When he brings something of value, I may change my mind about him, but for the time being to me he is in the same category as the nightmare returns.

I feel the reason why nobody does anything is because it is very difficult to single out one person that is at fault when arguments get dragged up from the past and/or they continue across multiple threads.

As members of the forum, we are ALL asked of 2 things:

1- We respect each other and create an environment where people can ask questions and not fear anything other than nobody having the answer.

2 - Any abuse or breach of laws are reported to the site staff asap.

By following these 2 principals we keep a civil and happy community. By not respecting, by baiting and reacting to comments made and potentially bullying people then you create chaos.

They will struggle to single out any individuals whilst all the cross post commentary and bickering continues. Just keep your frustrations through PM and not in the public arena with each other and you will see that the forum becomes a better place.

Several times yet his assumed reign continues. I stopped posting on the site for about a month because of this man winding me up, and I dont want to see other advisers pushed away like that. Like I said if he did something useful and constructive I'd be able to see past all the provocation, but as it is he is quickly turning this forum into a puppet show. I appreciate I'm not helping but he just makes me so ANGRY with his bullying tactics.

Surely the way to deal with this is for everyone that being abused to report him.

Someone will sit up and take notice!

I;ve spoken to someone high up about this and the abuse team are literally inundated with abuse reports each day/ I think there is 1 full time and two part time so they can't read all the way through every thread

I would personally be happy to make contributions to the site each month if it meant there could be more abuse staff to deal with situations like this and keep my blood pressure normal.

Old Man you are bugging me which is not good if you get my drift. I was asking about my BTL purchase until you came along.

Woman My tenants enjoy the best. All my flats have everything. Quality kitchens and bathrooms, burglar alarms and sky. As these women enjoy the my flats I dont see why I shouldnt enjoy them if they fail to pay.
