Ok, I have actually come up with a daily schedule, I just need to print it. I'm quite chuffed with it. Think I'll leave it til too morrow to print out as I keep coming up with discrepancies! Just feeding the babe then going to spend the evening working on my assignment0

Ok today was the first day of my new schedule and erm.... well I'm exhausted
Haven't really stopped and haven't managed to get some of thie bits done I really wanted to. Feel a bit stressed and dishearteded by it all
but as a consequence of following the schedule, I was up, showered, made up and hair washed by 8am, having put 2 washloads on and cleaned the high chair.
I've also managed to clean the cooker, tidy the lounge, clean the sink, wipe over the worktops, change the beds, hang one load of washing up and ironing.... quite a lot really.
I'm off to see my friend this afternoon which should be nice, need to try and get Roo fed and sorted at a decent time.
Ok Roos awake best go and see to him0 -
well Im working on my assignment again tonight, I'm bathed and in my jarmies as is Roo who is now soundo. We have tons of snow falling, I love the snow! wont be doing much tomorrow, apart from baking and maybe going out for a walk in the snow
and of course all my tidying that will need doing. Am really pleased that I have managed to keep the house tidy for so long, and if someone should on the off chance call round, I wouldn't be embarrassed to let them in, well i would be right now, in my piglet pyjamas!!!!
Am going to work on my assignment until 9.30 then I'm going to watch Miranda, makes me laugh so much.
Right will pop back later. Oh if anyone is lurking and reading, please post, I'm all lonesome talking to myself!0 -
just taking a breather, done some, best do some more. Speak soon.0

arrrggghhh really really really cross, was going to record miranda as I love it, and even managed to set up the free view recorder, and I got the time wrong and its jsut finished, Gutted, I've been looking forward to that all day, that was my reward for working so hard on my assignment0

Hi,
Try and not be hard on yourself about the schedule. Is hard enough just getting by with a little one without adding too much pressure. Sounds like you are doing good anyway.
How annoying about Miranda!0 -
Jobs for tomorrow
hang up washing
put clean clothes away
make bed
tidy bedroom
put rubbish from upstairs out
put rubbish from downstairs out
wipe down high chair
do 2 hours of assignment when baby sleeps
hoover through downstairs
mop through downstairs
tidy hallway
hoover upstairs
hoover stairs
bake cakes
build a snowman
go for a lovely snowy walk
Think thats all for now, I'd really like to get this list done as these are the things that are really annoying me at the moment, well apart from the nice thingsAlso really need to clean out the microwave but it's one of those jobs I keep putting off, that and unloading the car

Hey thanks for popping in Wendz, and thanks for the advice, I forget I'm pregnant sometimes and just try to carry on as normal, well whatever normal is!!! I'll take it a wee bit easier tomorrow.0

Ok going to bed in a minute but was just thinking, in conclusion to trying a day with my schedule.... some aspects worked and some didn't. The list of jobs for Monday, was great, but not everything NEEDED doing, so why waste my time doin it when I could be doing something else, the times allocated to things just weren't long enough and I ended up feeling a bit stressed and a bit like I hadn't sat down all morning. But then again, I was up showered and dressed, along with doing tons of jobs by 10.30. and I really do feel a whole lot more organised. And it is really nice to have a list to follow.
So what I'm going to take from it is:
Have dailies which I do every day and have a list of things to do on certain days, but not have time scales of things, I just need a list to know what I need to get done. And not to have a running weekly list, but to do things every day that actually need doing.
Dailies are things like, washing, wiping down worktops and cooker and hoovering and washing the floor.
And then I'll have the weekly things, hoovering upstairs, cleaning the bathrooms etc, but I can pick and choose which days I do these on, and only do them if they need it. I might make up a little file, of things that need doing and concoct a list from it. Oh I've also realised it's nice to have a list in front of me I can tick off, rather than just on the computer. This probably doesn't make any sort of sense to anyone but me, but it's late and I sort of understand it.0 -
Having a bit of a meltdown, really not feeling too good, a bit panicy and not happy, almost ike I've drunk too much coffee... but I haven't.
I'm trying to put my finger on why I feel like this but I can't quite.....
Have just put baby down for a nap and am having a cup of tea and some chocolate to try and calm down.
I don't know whether it's because I haven't really been out for the past 3 days apart from to wander around the block yesterday. I've been invited out for lunch today in the next town, about a half an hour drive, but I've said no.... i dont have any petrol or money to waste either0
