Sometimes people get work promotion and an increase in wages, and after 4 years it is perfectly reasonable and sensible to request a re-assessment regardless of what the OP has heard or knows.0

I thought the csa were supposed to do a reassesment every year.... but yes I would ask for a reassesment if its been 4 years. It will mean that the assesment is correct and you wont be left wondering!0

Nope, not with current scheme/CS2 - they can only reassess when either the NRP or PWC asks for a reassessment. This request sets the effective date for any new calculation.0 -

The initial pilot scheme starts tmr, for new cases where there are 4 or more kids.0 -
there are no deadlines of when the scheme will go fully live though... could be 2016 or later for everyone to be "closed" - they will send letters to select areas/groups months in advance... but no word of when...
the case will then be closed... and the PWC/NRP will have to apply for a fee of 20 quid...
i cant wait till the new scheme comes in tbf, although i will have to pay 29 quid (based on an over estimate of 15k a year (@12% = 1800 a year / 52)) - it should be less than the money im paying now - as CTC/WTC will not be taken into account (as i can see it)...
with real terms calculations, chances are i will be on the lower rate (reduced rate) - but lets just wait, chances are they will think that "its only fair that money your partner earns is taken into account" or "its only fair that the child benefit that you get for your other two kids" "the housing benefit you get" and so on... "is taken into account"
will wait and see eh...
also it will take into account those who work shifts and actually have big differences in wages week on week (like myself - sometimes 300 wages sometimes 500, etc) - the last 2/3 years have been about 13 grand income though... - this will also only mean i will have more cash to spend on my kid... (i dont drink/etc - and havent since i was in college)0
