    It's basically how to make money from companies making errors. For example if things are scanning for the wrong price at certain supermarkets..

    I consider this a great deal more naughty than Homebase's error. I'm not even going to start on making money without working...

    The clue's in the above (in bold). You know it's a mistake, yet you want to take advantage. What would happen if you made an honest mistake but the company concerned decided to keep your money?
