  • Hi, I stored a washing machine in a garage for a couple of years and the electronics went wrong, apparently the damp gets into the computerized part.

    Not much I can add advicewise but I hope the seller gives you a refund. Good luck.
    I must remember that "Money Saving" is not buying heavily discounted items that I do not need. :hello:

    If you feel you aren't going to come to an amicable agreement with the seller, you have nothing to lose by opening a case.

    Open it in Ebay, be calm, meek and explain that there was no opportunity to try the item to see if it was working, before you took it away.

    Don't waffle, be clear.

    Ebay *may just be able to help, but don't do this until you are sure you cannot reach a solution with the seller. It isn't a guarantee this will work, but will be worth a shot if all else fails.
