Can't delete folder?

I've got a folder on my desktop, containing a folder of images, and an mp4 video. When I try to delete the folder, I get:- Error Deleting File or Folder Cannot delete (name of file).mp4: Access is denied. I've found the file that won't delete.

It's a mp4, and it's the only file left in the folder.

I'll try one of the programs mentioned on here, and see what happens.

Failing that, I'll try Safe Mode.
