Did you try what I suggested in the rest of my post?

It tried but, I can't see a “Use simple file sharing (Recommended)”

right click on folder, untick readonly and system apply to all folders/subfolders

if that doesn't work right click, take ownership apply to all folders

if that doesn't work, something is probably holding it open, use the utilities listed above to find out what

Try a reboot - something in the operating system has a lock on it, maybe a minimised/taskbar media player or something. Reboot should clear it

Just go into the folder and delete each file ..In the past it has worked for me ..
I just put it down to a glitch in the matrix ..

Just tried that, and the folder of images has deleted, but not the mp4 file. :(

Do what dogmaryxx suggested in post 7.

Unlocker is not the most intuitive program, and it can take a surprisingly long time to do the deletion you've specified, but I haven't had it fail for the most intractable folders or files...

delete a few files at a time until you find the one that wont delete.

After leaving just the ones that wont go restart the computer and try 1 file at a time. Eventually you will delete them all and then you can delete the empty folder.
