Have the same problems sold stuff over the past 4-5 days one 0 buyer who i sent emails asking how he was going to pay no reply.Another a local buyer who i offered to come and pick it up to save on postage didnt reply either :mad:

Are currently winning or have bought 5 of my items in the last 10 days.
Have no credit card on file.
- Only apply this block to buyers who have a feedback score of 0 or lower.

edit: oh my god i have just checked my buyer requirements activity log and i have blocked 23 attempts to bid/buy it now from 13 different buyers in the last 2 months alone!

I don't know wether this is a good thing (blocked people who were likely to be NPB's) or a bad thing (lost out on potential sales)?

Never new this existed either but just found it.
In My eBay, under the My Account column, click the "Preferences" link.
In the Selling Preferences section, click buyer requirements then a drop down appears and then click “Buyer Requirements Activity Log” link.
