don't be so lenient next time!! I had enough people mess me about that I start disputes as soon as I can!!
Oh, I'm not lenient. I just give then the seven days required and then you have to wait seven or eight days for it to be closed before you can relist... Long enough to be too long in some cases.
It's like clockwork. Invoice on day two, email about forthcoming NPB on day five, NPB on day seven.
I'm not one of those confused buyers who threaten 'reporting to ebay' by day five. But then I don't go running to the PO when a late payer pays...;):wall:0 -
One of my buyers have feedback of 1007?! She still hasn't paid!! I have emailed all my npb with lovely emails and had no reply!!! lotta negs for me to distribute soon~??!?!

I give them 3 days then send the Reminder email then straight to NPB as soon as I can and then 8 days later take the FVF credit and leave negative feedback and block them from future bidding.
There is no point being strung along with every hard luck story going. They bid they knew what they were getting into.
I also have every restriction on to try to eliminate time wasters. It doesnt work 100% and now that Paypal is being such idiots I am going to have to relax my rules as I will never accept Paypal again.0 -
edit: oh my god i have just checked my buyer requirements activity log and i have blocked 23 attempts to bid/buy it now from 13 different buyers in the last 2 months alone!

i've barely had any non paying bidders compared to what i used to have (besides from a couple of hijacked accounts and the person who didn't bother collecting a £3 item the other day)
it seems to be since i changed my buyer requirement preferences ages ago to:
Block buyers who:
...
Are currently winning or have bought 5 of my items in the last 10 days.
...
I have on several occasions bought ten or more items from a single seller on one day.0 -
I got my account suspended because of someone kept buying from me!! It was completely innocent but they said I was Shill bidding!!!

Obviously if you bid for six mobile phones from one person there is a good chance it might be shill bidding (but by no means a certainty).
On the other had, if someone is selling, say, two years backnumbers of a magazine listed individually (something I noticed recently), theres a very good chance that a genuine buyer would bid on a lot of items from that seller.0 -
This is what it was! Just a load of baby clothes, accessories etc, I listed some 2 weeks at a time and had the same bidders! I think they had me as fav seller! and they lived quite close so could pick up!! I should have arranged to sell off ebay! they stopped me selling all through Christmas and messed up my account, I got people that had won stuff claiming their money back even though I sent their stuff etc! well annoyed!! but how could I prove otherwise!!
