I'm not really sure either, OH is really fit so I ask him for advise, but he's not very good bless him.

I have a couple of exercise DVD's which I need to get into, I want to do some cycling as well. Even walking is good. Anything that burns off calories. I would just like to be able to go for a 30 mins jog and not feel like I am about to keel over and have a heart attack!!!!

I really need to get back into SW, as my consultant said to me on Thursday I weigh the same now as I did in June  Now I know that's mantaining, but I still have 2 stone to loose!!!!! But I am trying to get back into it now and will stick with it religiously from now on.

I've literally got a house full of exercise equipment, but I guess you actually have to use it to get fit ehh :rotfl:

I do feel like I've got more energy since starting SW though. In fact, I might even go for a walk in a bit.

I got on the scales this morning, but I need DH to check for me because I'm sure they must be wrong :o

Oh dear that doesn't sound good. I'm not expecting to loose this week, but I can start again and hopefully get back into loosing.

I think the thing with getting fit is once you start, you have to keep going. which is fine, I just need to get into the routine. Problem is our local pool closes as they didn't have enough funding so I can't really go swimming unless I drive somewhere.

No it is good, or it will be if the scales are right - they are saying another 1/2 stone lost, but I will check again tomorrow in case it's a fluke.

I go back to work on Monday and I'm definitely going to walk there whenever I can. I love swimming, but hate the walk from the changing room to the water, so I never go.

1/2 a stone is great!!! You never know they could be right. I really need to get back into it again. But I am going to be good today and see what happens, had loads of cold meats with salad and potatoes over the weekend so was able to stick to the plan relatively well. A few naughty things crept in, but I was on holiday!!

So I'm going to have cold chicken with somw wiltshire ham, salad (possibly boil egg) and some new potatoes for dinner, followed by a fresh fruit salad as some point this evening.

Hopefully burning off some of the calories I eat will help shift some of the weight.

It will be great if I'm right - I'll have my hubby on his hands and knees in the morning checking the blimmin scales (I'd make him do it now, but he's gone to bed)

Dinner sounds scrummy. We'll be having whatever's in the fridge/freezer/cupboards thats SW friendly.

All this healthy stuff is costing us a fortune, I'll be glad to get back to work.

It can be more expensive, but I am talked mother into getting cheaper bean and tinned tomatoes. I can't taste the difference and we use so much of them.

I cant do cheap beans, but I do stock up when they are on offer :D

It was over a fiver for some canderel that shocked me, even the kids wont use sugar anymore (I think they like clicking the dispenser  )

I use Sainsbury's own (not the basic stuff) it comes in at about 54p for a big jar. Tastes the same and is less that half the cost. I struggle with real sugar now. I don't use the dispenser, but the big jar's.

    Morning all.

Had another good day yesterday. Although I didn't do any housework and I couldn't be bothered to do any exercise. But I will walk to sainsburys at lunchtime (leaving my purse at work) and then walk to SW later tonight. Which should give me about 1hrs walking today (not bad).

Got a bit of work to do today so will try and get my head into that one. I have my to do list which I am going to try and work through, I feel like I need to organise things again. Had a little celebration with a friend last night as she knows I only have one more payment to make on my store card. I've been helping her to get rid of her OD.

I've been making some greetings cards so I'm all set for birthdays and so far I have one handmade Christmas card. So looking good.

Aiming for a low spend day as I think I will need to get some pain killers, I have a splitting headache and nothing to take for it.

    Anyway keep it low everyone
