That's ok, I think you can have about 42g of muslei of something like that, but it is at least something, or you can have 2 slices of toast from a half size loaf (or nimble)

Have a read of the book and let me know if there is anything you don't understand, and try photocopying as much as you can for reference!

Right, I will have a look at the cereals mentioned in the book, and get some small bread. It mentions Shredded Wheat and Ready Brek, and I like them.

I'm not sure my friend wants the book back, she apparently told my kids that she doesnt want it but I'll make sure next time I see her :D

I'm taking all this very seriously - can you tell :T

I'm very impressed. I have to admit, I've been much better of late. It must be rubbing off on me!!

Keep up the good work. There are a number of different healthy extra's so make sure you use them, otherwise you might get bored.

    Nearly finished the typing!!

It's weird - it feels more like a new way of life, rather than a diet, especially because nothing is really banned. I've never felt so happy and satisfied on a weight loss regime before. I've not even been tempted to cheat, despite the kids offering me things all the flippin time.

It helps to have hubby on board - he has lost over a stone in 10 days, but he is much bigger than me. The only problem is, he's gone back to work now, so we're back to eating separately. Hopefully he will be able to carry on on his own.

Glad to hear the typing is nearly over.

Typing is finished!! for now anyway.

It is a way of life, it makes it much easier to stick to. It's easy to eat out as well.

I'm hoping for another loss this week, although really craving chocolate at the moment, which is not so good.

I hope so, I've got a feeling I'm going to have to go out for lunch in a couple of weeks.
You dont want chocolate  Get busy doing something else, find some more typing or something to take your mind off it.

My kids are driving me nuts today - they're grounded after telling me yesterday they went into a stranger's house. Apparently their football went over a fence when they were out playing, and they went in to go through to the garden and get it back. To say I went mad would be a massive understatement

I don't blame you, I would have to!!!

I guess they just don't understand how dangerous it can be. My boss has jut got back into the office, and we are due to have a meeting this afternoon as that should keep me going to about 30 mins. But I'll find something. I normally do.
