Here is some more info:
The BPA logo appears on the pcn and the reply rejecting the appeal.
The name of the PCN Parking Services Manager is Adam Dennis.
Is this definitely a scam? And should be reported to whom?In the driving seat
www.PaymyPCN.net and PCN Parking Services can manage the whole back office process, including appeals, over the internet. The appeals decision tree is yours to control. We can also process your payments over the internet or by interactive voice recognition system, both PCIDSS compliant.
Its the same, as I mentioned above its a payment portal for scammers.Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?0 -
This Adam Dennis!

Would be interesting to see the PCN with the BPA logo on it! Would be rather naughty if Roxburghe are letting a client use their EDI (when they get it back)
Just in case it disappears!

Also, running the administration of Parking Tickets passed over for debt recovery and providing support to Collection Management and clients.

Couldn't the whole of that last paragraph be replaced with the single word 'parasite' ?0 -

The pcn was issued by PCN Parking Services on behalf of UK Parking Ltd., both of which are allegedly members of BPA (British Parking Association) but can't find them on the BPA website's list of members.
The BPA logo appears on the pcn and the reply rejecting the appeal.
The name of the PCN Parking Services Manager is Adam Dennis.

You appealed to a firm who could not have got your details otherwise? That's like giving your details to a phishing emailer and means you will get follow up letters and all sorts of debt collector threatening rubbish (probably from Roxburghe and then 'Graham White') which you would never have received at all.
Nothing else will happen but please don't take such drivel seriously in future.
Definitely report the BPA logo to the BPA.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Just thought you might be interested. The BPA have replied and said UK Parking is not currently one of their members and should not be using their logo. However, they are in the process of applying.
A friend also had a PCN at a retail park for overstaying beyond the valid ticket. He replied with a cheque for £3 and not the full fine charge, saying it more than covered the excess time he stayed. The cheque was returned, with a request for the full fine which was ignored, and my friend has heard nothing since.
