    I have a red 5200XL and it lives on the worktop as it is so beautiful and gets used often.

    Another vote for cauliflower rice. Use only the pulse button for it though as the machine is a beast!

    I have been gifted my daughter's Magimix 5200XL but I am unsure if it is Premium or not. Can anyone out there quickly tell me the difference please? I have a large perspex container with blades and a carrier bag full of other fitments.

    There is no difference in the machine, its the add ons that make it a 5200 "premium "
