I've used the juicer about twice in two years (and it's a pig to clean :D).

Agreed - I sold my juicer on ebay, after 1 use :o. Got a reasonable price for it though :)

I have a magimix5200 - and use it most days - definately keep it on the worktop if you can. Couldnt be annoyed with the juicer either it was a nuisance to clean - but excellent for everything else.

Looks like it has been taken out of my hands, it is too high to fit on my counter underneath my wall cupboards. There is only one place it will fit and that is not really suitable. Guess I will have to start looking again.

I've got a magimix (a slightly smaller one) and a Kenwood....

I use both of them a lot, but for different things.

Kenwood: creams butter for cakes, whisks eggs, cream etc, makes bread dough

Magimix, grates cheese, carrots, makes breadcrumbs, liquidises stuff, chops nuts, makes smaller cake mixes

I'd not want to be without either TBH.

Still unhappy that I have had to cancel. Looked at then4200XL in John Lewis but the cream is not as nice as the 5200XL Premium which matches my Kitchenaid and Nespresso machine.

I think the only things for it is to have a new kitchen!

Now now Islandmaid stop rubbing it in.:

The thing is I really want one but it won't flipping fit. I am going to get my husband to build me a template when he comes home. I am just concerned that the place it will fit will be quite obtrusive if you see what I mean.

I have a kenwood stand mixer and a fp - though I went for a cuisart. I did look at the magimix but would have gone for the 4200xl as the 5 is massive!! have a look at the cuisinart - its great.

i use both mine loads as the do totally differnt jobs - the kenwood mixes and kneads, the fp chops, slices, grates.

i keep them out on the worktop as they are heavy and wouldn't get much use in cupboard
