Help with working out returns on funds

Hi,
I opened an mini S&S ISA on the last day of the tax year with £1000 and have yet to decide which funds to invest in. I will also be investing £55 a month into 6 different funds for this tax year.
What I would like to know is, when I look at the fund peformance charts on iii.co.uk,trustnet & H-L.co.uk, they all state the 'performance growth' of a fund over 1/3/5 years. How do these figures correllate with the returns I would make on the fund?
I understand that all dividends will be reinvested (in accumulation funds), but it would be useful to know what return I would make on a fund over say 1/3/5 years. Are the there any sites that show this info?
The reason I ask is because I'm thinking of investing the £1000 from last years isa into 2 uk other bonds, but i'm unsure whether I could get a better return just sticking the money in a high interest savings account.
So basically, to sum up, are there sites that show what return I would have made on a fund if i were to sell after 1/3/5 years?
Thanks in advance.

No because nobody knows what the future has in store. There are no certainties investing, and with this risk comes the potential reward of higher returns than cash.0

Sorry, I should have phrased my question better.
What i meant was, does anyone know of a site that shows what 'return' would I have made after 1/3/5/10 years, if I had invested £1000 into a fund, say 10 years ago - similar to the performance growth tables on h&l.co.uk and iii.co.uk.

Does it matter what the fund did over the last 10 years? Most funds havent had a fund manager with 10 years service plus most of the "top" funds showing 10 year performance wouldnt be ones you would want to be in now. What i meant was, does anyone know of a site that shows what 'return' would I have made after 1/3/5/10 years, if I had invested £1000 into a fund, say 10 years ago
Are we likely to repeat the same economic cycle in the next 10 years compared to that we have been through? No.
Past performance is no guide to future returns and you shouldnt be investing on the basis of past performance figures.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). https://www.morningstar.co.uk
and https://www.trustnet.com
both have portfolio tools.
The only relevance past performance figures have is if you compare with other funds in a sector. If the fund manager has stayed the same, then this can help indicate to you whether they are any good.0
