hi all

my three contact ends on the 13th dec it was on a 24 month contract i heard that i need to wait till the contract ends then contact them to cancel the contract for 30 days notice so that means i have to pay another months payment can anybody help me with this

Nonsense, you need to provide them with 30 days notice though, so call them now and cancel... and your contract will finish on 30th December instead of the 13th, which means you'll be liable for around half a month of service costs.

You can give notice on month 23, so the minimum is still correct. It is usually best to do it in sync with your billing date (so you don't have to mess with part months and rebates.).
